"The check in process was thoroughly explained"

"The options of breakfast are limited. There is no place to go in local, the ferry to main site, such as, Bellagio,,, are limited. If you miss the one at 8:50am, you have to wait to another one at 12:00 pm."

"Svårt att ta sig dit. Slingrande serpentinvägar i en timme. Men fint när man kom fram. Inget om man har svårt att röra sig. Väldigt kuperat överallt. Lite av en hobbitby över det hela. Men säkert många som uppskattar det!"

"Beautiful restored villa on the shores of Lake Como"

"Extraordinary stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and the property was simply beautiful. The service was exceptional, and every detail made our stay special. Exceeded our expectations. Daniella in the lounge made our dinner enjoyable! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Parking too!"

"Excellent staff, ambience, location (along with scenery). Loved the on-time shuttle provided by staff themselves. Cozy rooms. Good parking spaces."

"The staff went beyond and above to help make our stay and car service successful. Very approachable and welcoming."

"The property had a beautiful view of the lake as it was perched atop a hill overlooking the town of bellagio . The grounds were well kept . One could walk easily into the expansive villa melzi gardens right by the lake . Mrs Mary was kind enough to accommodate our early check in . The breakfast was delicious with excellent local butter and bread . The vegetables from the garden were very fresh as were the eggs ! Local cheeses and jams were rich and flavorful. The staff were very pleasant....

"Beautiful location, but not easy to access, very windy roads. The villa is quite old and a little run down. The room was spacious with a very nice view. Bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable. They advertised a free bottle of sparkling wine, which we never saw . The room was clean, full of antique furniture. There was a small balcony but the chairs and tables were quite dirty. We couldn't use them. Breakfast was good, with delicious homemade cake but no fresh fruit, only canned fruit ...

"Pour un court séjour je recommande"

"Just add a pool and it’s perfection although it already is. Staff was amazing and the room was the best for the price aswell. Could not ask for a better place to have had my proposal"

"Excellent location. Lovely staff. The hotel is charming. What a treat"
