You can hear everything from the room upstairs which I had no issue with because I don’t complain since I know what it’s like but the manager came to my room and instead of politely asking me what was going on or if she can help me in any way or relocate me if it was needed but she did not do that instead her tone was cold and very dismissive. "We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around."
