"Location brilliant just north of the Tiber near Ponte Milio. Hour's walk to Rome central near Forum and Coliseum. Hearty breakfast clean rooms with minibar. Aircon rooms were spacious, toiletries were ample, no tea/coffee making in room is the only downside. Onstreet parking opposite if no space in small carpark to rear. Local pubs and clubs offer ample food choices if not eating in.Ideal location as Rome is not car friendly for non residents."

"This is a beautiful property, and the staff are both friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and the breakfast is definitely worth it with plenty of variety each morning. The walk to the city centre is something to consider, but one nice perk is that the hotel is close to the river, which makes for a lovely atmosphere. I would gladly stay here again."

"I thought the property was exceptionally clean and comfortable to stay in. The manager, Angela, was the greatest in attentiveness and courtesy and extremely helpful. Couldn't get a better person for the position. Her personality and assistance was a definite value add to our trip. My only disappoint was the distance to the tourist attractions. Although not that far in taxi ride ( about 20 Euros) I don't think the property is a good fit for those seeking to walk about any tourist areas. But if...

"Lovely guest house, very friendly and attentive hosts. Great location, too. About 10 mins walk to Metro, 15 mins from Vatican and half an hour from the Olympic Stadium which is useful if you are attending a match or concert there, as getting away from it at night can be difficult. Would definitely recommend."

"Lovely Hotel, my room was clean and had everything I needed, The on site restaurant was amazing the food was top class and prices reasonable. My only critique is its far away from Rome (City) they do put on a shuttle bus in the morning and pick up to a local Metro but was limited to certain times. Overall a great Hotel."

"Check in was a nightmare, no desk person, trying to receive instructions was a difficult task, one set of keys only, so we had to leave together or couldn't access doors. Asked for help, via phone call to hotel service received an invalid phone number. Issues left unsettled regarding city tax. This place was not good. Terrible service (no service actually). "

"We chose this hotel so we could walk the 15-20 minutes to the Rome tennis open at the Foro Italico in May. It was a great choice. They have a great breakfast spread from 7am to 10am. The only drawback was that the air conditioning in our room did not seem too effective. We were glad that the days were warm, but the nights were cool so we could sleep with our window open on the second floor. Other than that, it was a fantastic place to stay with great restaurants and shops all around. The staff...

"The hotel is in a cute neighbor thats right near the Clodio bus stop which gets you to all of Rome. The owner and staff are friendly and able to use Google translate to communicate with many languages. It was clean and the kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The shower had excellent hot water. "
