"Nina at the front desk was the nicest woman in Paris! She gave us loads of good advice and greeted us each and every time with a big smile. She genuinely looked like she enjoyed her job. All the staff at the hotel we friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, had a super good espresso machine and refrigerator which were great bonus.
