"The hotel is located in a safe area and staff were available to me at the front desk at all times. This was a very comfortable stay! However, there is an additional destination fee of $38 USD a night to pay for items like the fitness center, bikes, coffee and bottled water. That being said, availability of bike sizes/ebikes was limited and bottled water was unavailable one morning that I had asked. "

The provided breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day. There were bagels, pastries, yogurt, juice, coffee and a great selection of fruit. This was the perfect stay for me. "

"This is such a beautiful place. Walking distance to the warf, restaurants and Alcatraz. A lot to do around there within walking distance. Very windy by the bay so bring a jacket. Hotel is amazing with different seating places, game room and even s’mores to make by the 3 fire pits they have. A restaurant is attached to this hotel and has wonderful and friendly staff."
