"The place was as described, clean and what we needed. There is a paid shuttle you can pay by tap on the shuttle or you can pre purchase at a kiosk. The staff was helpful in directing us to the stop ahead of time.
The staff was helpful and friendly.
Water pressure was strong. Filtered water dispenser in lobby.
The refrigerator does not have a freezer part which I did need to refreeze ice packs for refrigerated medicine.
The only issue we had is that the WiFi didn’t reach our room.

"We had a late check in and the instructions for gate and lock box were clear and easy to deal with when travel tied.
The one bedroom apartment was lovely and clean and perfect for my family. Reasonable price and handy to get to the airport. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

"While we enjoyed the pools, several missing amenities impacted our stay. The room (which was a 2 bedroom apartment room with full kitchen) lacked Sky TV, smart TV capabilities, and usage instructions. The kitchen was under-equipped, missing dishwashing cloths, brushes, salt, pepper, oil, platters, and a cheese knife.
Additionally, there were no champagne glasses, ice, room service, or robes for the pool.
Addressing these kinds of missing details would significantly improve our experience."

"The front desk was attentive when I asked for the kettle to be changed out. It was very useful to have access to laundry facilities for free if you do not have them in your room, you just need your own detergent or can ask staff to provide (not sure if they ask for a fee for that).
Staff were friendly and I loved the room. The breakfast was fine, but perhaps could do with more variety as the days I went there it was the same each time. Maybe a buffet dinner as an option for one free meal each...

"Reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and most importantly their smiles seemed genuine. Instructions for the basement car parking was made very clear. Note to management: give the girls a nicer uniform, make it modern and get rid of the grey colour. The girls smiles made up for the dull uniform.
The first room I was allocated, was clean but the bathroom door was not hung well. This created a wide gap between the wall and door whereby personal privacy in the bathroo was an issue....
