"OMG! What is this place even? No a/c and the fan just circulated the warm air which is not helpful at all. I slept on a twin bed for the first time in my life. I got a room with 2 twin beds. Apparently that’s an upgrade. I paid close to $200 for this. Everything looked like it was designed for an 8 yrs old kid. Sink and toilet are way lower than usual. The entire property had these pipes running all over the place overhead. I don’t know . I had a weird feeling in my stomach during my stay at...

"Beautiful upon arrival we were greeted by the host. She took plenty of time to show us around the property and explain how the bed-and-breakfast works and all the details of the winery brewery excellent day! Days of day."

My only concern had to do with Expedia, which didn't share my phone number to text, rather than email, my access code."

"The bathroom sink drain was stuck. Not much soap, air conditioning was intermittent, shelf in the bathroom was gone. Building was in need of repair. We stayed here in 2022 and thought it was a nice place, it has gone down hill. Don't know if we will stay here again."

"The property was beautiful and has great beach access! Also had a wonderful swimming pool and multiple areas to sit around a fire or just hang out. Plenty of grills on the property as well! The inside of the room was clean and smelled nice. The floors were dirty and I couldn’t walk around barefoot without them getting dirty. There were no tissues or napkins/paper towels of any sort the only paper product there was toilet paper. Could at least use tissues. Otherwise no complaints the staff were...

"Clean and comfortable. Not too expensive. Location, location, location! Convenient to everything you're likely to want to do in Ticonderoga. The pool and hot tub are nice amenities. If they have a gym, I didn't see it. Perhaps it's on the second floor? Breakfast is included; and it's really pretty good. My companion noted that the egg omelets all seemed to include cheese. I guess if you're lactose intolerant that could be an issue- probably the hot foods should be labeled. The restaurant / bar...

"We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. The biggest disappointment was that the property looked quite different from the photos online. The rooms and overall space felt much smaller than what was portrayed in the pictures, which was misleading.On the positive side, the location is excellent, right by a beautiful, clean beach. The pool area was nice and enjoyable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. There is room for improvement...
