"My wife and I loved this hotel. Right at the front entrance to Biltmore which is why we came to Asheville. Staff were nice and professional. The food there was excellent. We really enjoyed the room. We will stay here again."

"Outstanding hotel. We have stayed at several hotels in Asheville and this was the best, hands down. The hotel—lobby, rooms, bar, etc—are beautiful. It is right in the center of town too, easy to walk to restaurants, bars, attractions, etc. We will stay here again next time we are in Asheville. "

"I really enjoyed my three nights; price point, staff service, just the whole vibe of a busy hotel. I only really marked down a category because the place has a somewhat dated but sophisticated feel to it (spacious rooms with lovely views with ‘popcorn style ceilings’) … Generous room service was nice (lots of towels) and even fun to just people-watch in the grand lobby and listen to the front-desk staff accommodate just about every customer; this place goes above & beyond! "The bathroom facilities were impeccable with nothing wanting. The bed was most comfortable like sleeping in a cloud. The breakfast menu was excellent especially the buffet. The buffet we ate both days. The efficiency and professionalism of all the staff could not have been better."
