"This was a beautiful location! Hotel was very nice and helpful, with everything from arrival to departure. They suggested places to eat, things do do. Best part is that they did not send you to “tourist traps”. All the places they suggested were awesome! Hotel was nice and clean and in a perfect paradise location. 5 STARS"

"Our experience staying at the Sheraton Kauai Resort was overall excellent! The resort is a beautiful, with beautiful grounds & gardens to explore and amazing views of the south coast of Kauai. "Didn’t like that there was no air conditioning. He lost power the second morning. We were here for a period of time. The toilet in the bathroom leaked badly from the base the bedsheets were used and uncomfortable. Overall, very unsatisfied with our stay here. Also, the unit we were given was right by the busy highway very hard to fall asleep at night."

"This is our third stay at the Royal Sonesta (first time as FS and not Marriott) we had the best time. The staff is amazing. The stone around the pool area is quite damaged but overall did not impact our trip negatively. We will be back for sure. "

"It is a beautiful property in a nice location that is convenient to shopping and the beach and sight seeing areas. The front desk person didn't seem forthcoming with information regarding getting around and amenities. Had a hard time getting the info The room had a pull out bed that did not work so we had not a great time sleeping on that sofa."

"The staff was very friendly and the location was amazing right on the beach. Parking was nice in the covered parking lot. The best was the daily room cleaning service. Everything was always nicely folded and cleaned with new towels everyday. Would definitely want to come here again"
