"A charming and cozy stay! Pettigru Place Bed and Breakfast is absolutely amazing—beautifully decorated, warm, and welcoming. It’s even better than the pictures and conveniently located close to downtown Greenville, SC. The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting, making it a perfect getaway. My only small recommendation would be to tone down the sugar at breakfast. While the pancakes were delicious, the cinnamon topping was a bit too sweet for my taste—maybe offer it on the side? "

"Very welcoming staff. We had a fight with getting the tv working, kept saying internet issues for a bit, but finally got it working and didn’t have any more issues with it. Pool was clean, awesome breakfast, nice gym, comfortable clean beds. "

"Did not realize that there would be valet parking available 24 hours. The room was nice, although the door was difficult to open as it stuck and I had to pull it shut to close/lock it. It met my needs for the time that I needed to stay. It was close to my events in Greenville. I did not get to enjoy the breakfast, so I cannot speak to much else. The staff was extremely nice."

"Good location. Reasonably priced. Room was clean and spacious, except a couple items not cleaned out of the fridge. Didn’t stay long enough to review the amenities. The parking is free and the price we paid also included breakfast. "

"Seems This hotel caters to workers. It is a little rough looking on the outside but the room was very large and includes a kitchen. No dishes or silverware. It was basic and smelled a bit like smoke however the price was good. Everything worked. The woman at the front desk was nice. I would go back again. I felt like I got a fair deal for the money. "

"Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The $18.00 parking fee was not mentioned at the time of booking, however. On our last morning, we wanted to leave right after breakfast which was to start at 6:30. The ladies working that area did not have breakfast ready until 7:06 which put our leave time way behind. Not happy. "

"We've stayed here before and always enjoy our choice. It's a convenient central location between the different places we had to go. The staff were all so very nice and helpful. We also enjoy the convenience of the valet parking. "
