"The ad for this property undersold what we got. This was a large apartment with a full kitchen, huge bathroom and separate laundry room. We were not expecting how nice it was. Great location, only a block of the river. Great food options. Downtown a very short walk. Riverwalk one block away. This was a great place to stay. We would stay again without hesitation. Note there was a separate damage deposit that was a little suspect because it wasn't mentioned in the Expedia reservation. ...

"Loved everything one of the most pleasant stays on our trip. Staff; friendly, professional. Amenities excellent. Comfortable beds, quiet, very clean. Breakfast was fresh with good variety. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here when in Greenville, SC."

"The property was great. It was very close to Main Street in downtown. There were snacks and breakfast food which was nice, but we didn't use this too much. The only issue we had was we could not get the WiFi working and ended up connecting my phone to our CPU and that worked fine. We loved our space it was very cozy and quiet. We didn't see many other people so it was very private."

"The hotel is looking its age in the hallways and stairwells. Carpets stained and water damaged on our floor. The common areas on each floor level smelled bad and musty. The gave us an accessible room which didn’t suit us and the attached parking lot was full and we had to use valet parking at $33 a night. We were able to get a parking spot the next day. The atms didn’t work so we were unable to get any cash there. The noise level in the halls was really loud even after midnight. We probably...

"The only decor was the ubiquitous No Smoking signs, yet the whole place reeked of smoke. Our room smelled of smoke and people smoked freely on the balconies, in the lobby, etc."
