"Yes. Clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. We did not like the fact that there was no door to the toilet/tub room. Instead they had a sliding door that closed off the sink area and toilet/tub room. And the sliding door did not close completely shut."

"This place was misrepresented on the internet. Not renovated in 2026. Filthy, amenities broken or non existent . Woman at desk called 911 when we complained about the uninhabitable rooms. Called heath department in Whitley county to file a complaint. Worst hotel EVER! Didn't stay at all it was so bad. A disgrace to Expedia. I only got half my money back because of corrupt hotel management."

"Would not stay again…. Has been remodeled, but poorly done. Door was not sealed at all and had no top lock, deadbolt would NOT lock no matter how we maneuvered the door…. So all we had all night was the handle lock, very stressful especially having our child with us… No comforters on the bed, towels had stains, AC unit was plugged in with an outlet laying loose in the middle of the floor.
