"This is one of my favorite places to stay in Scottsdale. We stayed here quite often. The staff is helpful considerate and the room is nice and clean. The only suggestion I would make is that the air conditioner continue to run when you’re sleeping. It’s frustrating to wake up because it is I assume activated by moving around and when you don’t move around, it doesn’t run so you wake up hot in the middle of the night that is my only complaint about the hotel. Great location definitely will be...

"I was not happy arrived late in the night and no one was there to attend to me. The lobby was cold only one person and he spoke no English
I had to wait for the desk employee to come back to check me in. I was told my payment didn't go through when Expedia took the money out of my account. Arriving late as a women didn't make me feel safe. When I swiped my AmX she said it didn't go through and ask to see the card and type in the number."

"I am unsure how this location got such great ratings, which I used when choosing where to stay. Upon arrival, the first room they gave me smelled like old musty cigarette smoke. They graciously got me a different room. Upon entering the new room, at night, the light switch at the door did not work and I have to try to find a switch for the lamp so I could even see in the room. Then the electronic lock on the door did not function properly either.
The room did not have the cleanest feel to it....
