"Leuk en gezellig"

"Excellent property that fits families as well as couples. Our room was very clean. Staff were nice. Swimming pools and beach were excellent. I’d come back."

"Great hotel and very nice staff special thanks to the general manager Mr Mansour who helped us with a lot of stuff and even things he didn’t need help with. The staff was very accommodating and helped with everything they could both hotel stuff and outside stuff. The rooms were clean and nice with an amazing view. The beach is a couple of minutes away but there is a car available that takes you all the time. Amazing pool and beach."

"We stayed five nights at the Sheraton Soma Bay Resort with my wife and teen daughter in a luxury suite to wrap up our extensive Egypt trip. The room was beautifully furnished with 3 balconies providing 270 degree view. The property’s true strength is its beautiful beach and sunset views. The main shortcomings is a very limited number of restaurants (2) which is rather unusual for such a sprawling resort. All in all, an excellent stay."

"Much better than average in Hurghada"

"The hotel was disappointing and did not justify its price. Check-in was poorly handled, with staff assigning the wrong room, overlooking my requests for twin beds, and attempting to give me a partial sea-view room instead of the full sea-view room I booked. I also observed what appeared to be discriminatory treatment, with European guests consistently receiving better service than non-European...

"Fantastic hotel, really it was the best vacation i have ever been"

"Great hospitality and friendly staff Very welcoming place Clean rooms with very high standard of service Very helpful reception staff especially Mr Amr who were very helpful in check in/out. Great variety of arabian food especially the fayrooz restaurant. Safe for the kids Lovely sea and large pools This is my second time here and I am sure that it won't be the last."

"I would give this resort 5 stars but the air conditioning in our room was broken for 5 hours on our last day before check out and it is very hot in Egypt. I contacted reception about this but they told us it was a local emergency and they were unable to do anything about it which was disappointing as the room quickly became very hot while we were trying to pack up before leaving. Other than that this resort was great, you could access anything from the other sunrise resort next door and the à la...

"Super Anlage"

"الموظفين محترمين جداً"

"Personal"

"They keep property clean all time, room can have minor issues of cleaning a few days but towels sheets are change daily, they change water bottle also. Rooms a little dated but not extreme. All personal really do an effort to solve any problem. Food besides being a buffette and all inclusive is good with fresh cook dishes every night"
