"Really enjoyed our stay at this Hyatt. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. The views from our balcony were breathtaking. Also didn"t realize certain perks were included with our room rate, including pool towels and two beach chairs and an umbrella each day. Breakfast was pretty good..the usual continental breakfast. There was a main water break that impacted the water for all beachfront properties for a couple hours but the front desk was helpful during that...

"Overall, this peoperty was great. Very family friendly, right on the beach which was amazing. All the ammenities were really great as well. Some much less "noisy" compared to fuether up the coastline. The inside of the property was really well kept. We will definitely be back to visit again!"

"I would definitely stay here again. I dropped my wallet after checking in. It was returned immediately. My husband left his cell phone in the gym for about 3 hrs and it was there when he went back. The hotel is super clean. The manager is really nice and the staff is very polite. They serve breakfast daily with many options. They also have a swimming pool on premises. "

"We spent the week visiting with our grandchildren, a heated pool was right behind the unit. The beach was a short walk away. The unit lacked basic kitchen items, such as pot holders. I contacted management regarding the existing damages,and no propane for the grill and they were quick to respond. We stayed during off season so lots of things were closed. We would stay here again."

"We came into this not expecting much given some of the reviews but upon arrival, we were very pleased at the size, layout and impeccable condition of both our particular unit and the facility as a whole - all residing withing the very well-managed Sandestin complex.
