"Arrived at night and the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy but, upon getting checked in and hearing the sound of the water, everything was all good. Room was very nice. We had room #7 and you stepped out of the door and you were literally like 10 feet away from the beach - couldn't have been happier. Nice high ceiling with a ceiling fan. Fridge and two burners to cook if you needed/wanted to and also a microwave. Great location - a 10 minute walk to so many different restaurants and bars...

"My room was clean and nice. The staff were very pleasant. There was a personalized note in my room for me. Made me feel special. The only issues I had the toilet stopped working and the hot water side of the water in the shower and kitchen sink was discolored. I spoke to the staff about it and they changed my room to make necessary repairs. The replacement room was good"

"property feels unloved. front desk staff need training when there are any there. room smelt of damp and mold. 1 light in bathroom not working fan in bathroom needed servicing and cleaning, sounded like a tractor starting no face towels. wash cloths and bath towels only humidifier to loud, disturbs sleep. would definitely not recommend. gardens pretty and pool, but i never used either."

"Check out is at 11am, so I request ONE hour to go direct to the airport and they can't, in MOST of the hotels the standard C/O is 12m. Clean but not well kept. The attention is the worse part, I strongly recommend to teach about how care the guests."
