"We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short visit. We were surprised with an upgrade to an executive room, which was very spacious. "Turned up to be told the manager was out and wouldn’t be back for half an hour at least, so we couldn’t check in.
So had to sit and wait (we were supposed to be getting ready for a wedding).
Manager treated us as though we were some sort of nuisance wanting to check in. So after nearly 45 min she arrived and asked for a £200 deposit… this wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the listing.
The rooms were dirty (walls, floors and bedding), the tiled floors with missing grout in our bathroom were...
