"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!"

"Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟"

"The property was perfectly placed and beautifully furnished. It had everything we could want for a short stay in Cornwall. The hosts were swift to respond to messages and very attentive during our stay without leaving us a sensation that we were being monitored or observed in any way. The location was very clean. I would easily stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family."

"We had a lovely spacious room with a comfortable bed, a bonus was the beautiful views of the river through the wide full height windows. Only downside was the lack of a cooked breakfast which is not available. There isn’t a table in the room so we had to sit on the single chair and blanket box to eat the cereals provided, not ideal when you want to fortify yourself for the SWCP walk. They also didn’t service the room which meant we had to wash the cereal bowls and cups in the bathroom sink...

"The gardens and grounds are the saving grace of this hotel. It is set in beautiful grounds with a small private beach a 10 minute walk away. But the hotel is let down by a severe lack of staff (either completely absent or over stretched), very poor breakfast (eggs which are unseasoned and unlike any scrambled eggs I’ve eaten), coffee which was so watery I wasn’t sure what I was drinking) and watered down juice and cheap bread. The bar was often shut and it took the hotel over an hour to open...

"The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

"Had a lovley stay , staff were all fantastic. Breakfast was great , Room 16 waking up to see St Michaels mount from bed was brilliant. Just overall a great stay and we will be coming back to stay again."
