"We landed late around 11:30PM and got to the hotel around 12AM. They were very accommodating and had someone stay up and wait for our check in. "It was very hot when we were there in June and we had the very top room which was extremely hot and the a/c couldn’t keep up. They did bring us a fan which helped some. 401 has a lot of sloped ceiling and can be difficult to get in and out of bed with out bumping your head. The 5 flights of stairs are a lot with luggage but the staff are more than helpful offering to help take up your luggage. Location was excellent !"

"I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. I will write a detailed review on trip advisor but on the whole there were positives but also a few negatives. Unless you are up at the crack of dawn and become one of 'those' people who reserve sunbeds then you have no chance of sitting by the pool. Luckily the beach, although small, is pleasant. The hotel ran out of pool towels everyday which was very annoying. I found the staff to be a mixture, some were rude and unhelpful, others were lovely and...
