"I booked this as it’s my birthday week. The owner was friendly, greets us every time we arrive. When we arrived he apologised as there’s a glitch where he can’t find our booking, but he still entertain us and gave us a free upgrade. "We stayed in the deluxe room the room was absolutely filthy moldy bath mat no hot water our bed mattress foam was so old it was crumbling when touched smelt awful and the slates where all broken kids bunk beds mattress was so thin literally was comfier on the floor. "The ‘all inclusive’ isn’t just that. Cocktails, barista coffee and restaurants are not included. Apparently only if you book with my Fiji you receive cocktail vouchers amongst other benefits. The food was average at the buffet and lacked variety.
