"Our initial room was awful. bedroom was windowless, pokey facilities. Fortunately we were switched to a totally refurbished room, one suitable for a disabled guest.
Breakfast buffet was reasonably varied, pity the evening choice was not as interesting and often had gone cold. there were many staff desperate to take away used plates almost before being finished with. There was an unseemly use to offer bar services, almost before sitting comfortably at times."

"Apartment was very dated, the sofa was absolutely disgusting it was supposed to be brown in colour but because it was used so often it was turning black, I had to put two large blankets over it to act as throws so I could sit on it, the cleaning of the apartment was a joke, sorry, I will not going back"

"Our room had a bad smell coming from the shower, we had to move rooms to a lower standard with no view (previous room had a balcony view)
Staff were slow to respond or didn't seem that interested. After we moved we noticed the maintenance staff working on the drain outside.
Other room was clean, and no smell so not too inconvenient."
