The resort is currently under construction, so it isn't completely open for all walkable areas. Overall, it was still a beautiful place to vacation. They didn't mention when it would be complete with its renovations. Most pools are completely open, the beach is accessible and the amenities can still be used. The resorts restaurants aren't open every night at this time but there is one open every night for dinner reservations.

The staff were excellent, and the room and overall facilities were very good. However, there are several areas that could be improved. Parking could be better, and the number of security guards sometimes made the atmosphere feel less relaxed. The difference in service between the various tiers was also quite noticeable. The smoke alarm going off while taking a shower was particularly annoying, especially when a security guard subsequently knocked on the door while I was still finishing up. It would be helpful to review the alarm system and the procedures for responding to these incidents. Another concern was the lack of a redundant power supply. When the electricity goes out, the water supply is also affected, which is a significant inconvenience. The food was average and could be improved. Overall, the staff and facilities were excellent, but improvements in parking, the security approach, power and water continuity, and food quality would make the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable.
