"This is in a good location close to the center of Copenhagen. We had a wonderful corner room with wide vistas. There are two NCH's in town, so make sure you go to the one you booked. My only quibble, is the lobby floor restaurant was a little nickel and dimey: they charge for bread and no tap water. "I really wanted to like this hotel because there is a lot to like. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to help whenever we had an issue. Unfortunately, the air conditioning failed on multiple days. It was repaired once, only to fail again, leaving the room around 27°C, which made it very difficult to sleep. "It is good location. Staff is very friendly. We had some challenges checking in as we were not able to open the link sent by the apt hotel. Take long time to work with Expedia and the hotel staff. The hotel’s pillow and blankets have some smells, not from the cover sheet, it is from the insert inside…. It is a little disappointment for us. We paid $400+ per night, I would expect a clean bed without other people’s sweat smell…"
