"Absolutely stunning views of the ocean and just lovely accommodation! Bed was really comfy and the heating kept us really cosy! We loved it here an wished we had a longer stay! Freycinet Holiday people were really great to deal with for our stay, fantastic experience all around! 😊"

"The location is the best part of this accommodation but the comfortable lounge room comes a close second. A great place to stay and chill - maybe even see a whale :)"

"This property wasn’t what we expected based on the online post - it feels like two houses stuck together - would be a wonderful place for families to stay, a kids hide n seek heaven - but not a friends hang out delight. Felt old, pokey, and a bit odd. But it did have all the rooms and beds it promised !"

"The view was just amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunset in the evening. When the wind picked up the noise was somewhat unsettling but not a big problem at all. The new washing machine came to be installed just in time to do laundry too :) "

"Really lovely house with all amenities. Great location with fabulous beach views for miles. Highlight - watching albatross directly off the coast from the balcony. This property has everything you could need. Recommend a short drive to Geographe for a coffee or pizza Thanks"

"The view was everything that was expected and this is what you paid for as the house was rather tired and needed attention. The curtains in the main room and the bedroom needed fixing, the lights were a mess, a power point in the bathroom was falling out, some kitchen cupboards didn’t open and close properly and the bedroom had ugly wire drawers and open hanging in the space that a wardrobe should have been to name a few. I really don’t think it was worth the money asked for."

"This was wonderful stay at Sunsets. The view, sunrise and sunsets from the balcony were spectacular. The accommodation is excellent and we throughly recommend this stay."

"Onsite parking and ramp to accommodation was idea for my elderly father that used a walker. The local shops were 1 min around the corner, with a well stocked IGA, a fabulous coffee shop attached to a very popular cafe/restaurant. Coffee was excellent and the staff were exceptionally nice. Only a very short walk down the hill to the esplanade around the bay, and then easy access to a beautiful sandy beach that provided a fabulous early morning or evening walk around the waterfront. "Clean, comfortable property, ideal location within walking distance to Main Street and wharves for excursions. Good views."

"We booked a room with a 'moutain view', we didnt get one, we mosned and were given one so no issue. Great breakfast, much better than a buffet to order something off a menu. Best breakfast we've had at a hotel in a long time."

"Perfect property. Perfect Location. Everything we needed was supplied. Maybe a couple of extra firelighters and kindling but we managed. So clean and new. Close to beach, jetty, shops and Freycinet NP. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay at Coles Bay"
