"We booked this property for a graduation trip. Our oldest daughter was graduating and we had family coming in from a few different states. We wanted a place to stay where we could throw a graduation party/dinner. This property allowed small parties (up to 25 people) and that was perfect for us. The house is lovely. It was extremely clean and very large. It is an older house, but nicely updated. It was well supplied with toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, laundry detergent, and dishwasher...

"We had a great time. Everything was as described and perfect for what we wanted in this stay. We loved the outdoor area and the bench swing set up feet away. Will definitely book here again when in the area and can’t wait to check out some other properties this host has to offer. Overall everything was great with easy check in check out and great vibe "

"We drove up to the farm house and thought it was super cute, but walking into the house felt like a warm hug. It was decorated like an actual farm house and had everything needed to cook meals and enjoy time just relaxing after our hiking adventures. The beds were very comfy and the towels were thick and cozy. Additionally, a pound of fresh ground beef and a dozen fresh eggs were waiting in the fridge for us. What a bonus!!! "The property was big, plenty of room for our vehicles and Side by Sides. Enjoyed sitting out back by the grill, with a good breeze, swings need to be updated, fire pit look nice due to burn band we were unable to use it. Kitchen was big, comfortable, had all the pots and pans needed as we cooked all out evening meals and breakfast. Large washer and dryer so I’m able to return home with all my clothes clean. Large shed to park vehicles out of weather. "

"I can’t say enough good things about this property. It was quiet and secluded. The description of the property was exactly like the pictures. Communication with the host was excellent. Would highly recommend."

"We were in the area for a short stay due to a wedding. The property met our expectations. There was only two of us but it could have accomdated easily 10 with the 6 single bunk beds in the bunk room. Although we did not use the game barn, it has a large amount of potential as they continue to make upgrades. There is plenty of stuff in the game barn for children and adults alike. "

"Everything about this site is beautiful. The home is wonderful, and is situated to have an amazing porch with just a fantastic and serene view.As a generational cattle family ourselves, we appreciated the rustic and western decor and feel.The hosts have taken great care to offer plenty of extras and amenities. The site is off the beaten path, but the path its on is one well worth the trip."

"We rented this wonderful home to enjoy time at Lake Nimrod without have to tent camp or camper camp. Just minutes from the lake we enjoyed the convenience and comforts of home without missing out on the family fun camping. I traveled with my 17yr old daughter and 90 year old mother it was perfect with internet and tv for winding down in evenings. The host was so great and communicated so quickly and easily that I had no worries my entire stay. "
