"There is no better place in Arkansas to log-off and slow down. We do a big shop before heading up the mountain and we don’t come down until it’s time to check out. This is a world class retreat. If you’re a Mountain Biker it’s basically the cycling version of ski-in/ski-out.We’ll be back again next year."

"Perfect for two adult men who were on a 2 day fishing trip. Rural setting, plenty of area for us to shoot our bows, fry fish and hang out with a buddy, his wife and his dad. They are all locals and actually knew the horse and the owners. Our buddy who is a professional fishing guide at Nimrod lake, actually had been to the residence many runes evils in high school. Will be back every time I go to the lake. "

"My husband’s parents had ten kids and they would take family vacations to Mount Nebo when he was a child. He’s now 71 and his first time to visit since he was fourteen. His parents along with four of the siblings are deceased, so was a very special trip for him. He reminisced about his childhood experiences during our visit. The beautiful home was perfect for our group. Everything clean, plenty of towels, nice comfortable bedding for the entire family. It was raining the majority of the weekend...

"Everything about this site is beautiful. The home is wonderful, and is situated to have an amazing porch with just a fantastic and serene view.As a generational cattle family ourselves, we appreciated the rustic and western decor and feel.The hosts have taken great care to offer plenty of extras and amenities. The site is off the beaten path, but the path its on is one well worth the trip."

"We booked this property for a graduation trip. Our oldest daughter was graduating and we had family coming in from a few different states. We wanted a place to stay where we could throw a graduation party/dinner. This property allowed small parties (up to 25 people) and that was perfect for us. The house is lovely. It was extremely clean and very large. It is an older house, but nicely updated. It was well supplied with toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, laundry detergent, and dishwasher...

"This was a great farm house with plenty of amenities! It was actually better than we expected from the pictures and description! My parents loved it and it's location near Petit Jean Mountain was handy. They also loved the farm fresh eggs and ground beef that was in the fridge upon arrival! Highly recommended!"

"The property was big, plenty of room for our vehicles and Side by Sides. Enjoyed sitting out back by the grill, with a good breeze, swings need to be updated, fire pit look nice due to burn band we were unable to use it. Kitchen was big, comfortable, had all the pots and pans needed as we cooked all out evening meals and breakfast. Large washer and dryer so I’m able to return home with all my clothes clean. Large shed to park vehicles out of weather. "
