This hotel has an outstanding location on the Promenade des Anglais and is within walking distance of the old town and the flower market. It is about 1 mile from the train station if you intend to use the train to get around but Uber is very quick, reasonable and will pick up right in front of the hotel and there are also buses that go up and down the promenade. The rooms are spacious and the seaside ones have great views. The breakfast was adequate with a few standard choices but was identical every day. The hotel has no gym, spa or beach club but otherwise very convenient and comfortable.
