Due to the Sargassum issue, the smell is horrible and making it hard to spend time on the beach or on the beautiful balcony. I would recommend staying at the lagoon side if you’re heading there. The sliding glass door on one-side was shattered, one of the bathroom windows was also broken, the left sliding glass door wouldn’t lock and or close ( eventually fixed) the sofa and comforter cover were both stained. I felt that my complaints were met with frustration by the front desk staff. I actually considered leaving for $473 a night I was frustrated all solutions were a take away, we-booked an ocean view with a king bed, we were...

"This is a very nice small boutique hotel near the beach. The only compliant I had was about communication with their staff. I had spoken twice with their staff to request help with scheduling a taxi to the airport and was told it was confirmed. However on the day of my departure there was none scheduled. The staff on duty didn't know anything about it. I had to wait for a taxi to be called and this could have caused me to miss my flight. "
