She welcomed us and suggested all the places around and made sure we were really comfortable. She graciously accommodated and served us breakfast even though we were much earlier than the check in time. Since we had to leave early the next day, she had them pack breakfast for the road. "Beautiful riad in a perfect location in the medina. Close to the outer walls, convenient for airport drop off and pick up. We also booked two activities and were picked up about 5 minutes away. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Spotless room and relaxing communal areas. There is a tourist tax on departure which we didn’t know about but less than £20 for 4 nights."

Hosts and staff were lovely and very helpful, including meeting us where the taxi could drop us and walking us to the riad, and helping us carry luggage when we left (even if we didn't need it!). Location can be a bit hard to find without guide so accept the help on arrival. Also be aware in Marrakesh some walkways in the medina near the square are closed at night so know your routes. In the riad one feels constantly pampered. Tea and nibbles appeared...
