"It’s a beautiful riad that’s pretty much walking distance to the restaurants we went to and close to the main road where taxis could be hailed and tour vans met. The highlight of our stay is the awesome team of staff spearheaded by Oumaima who treated us with special care - from our arrival, booking our tour, arranging our rides - everything was clearly communicated and efficiently done. Highly recommend!"

"Absolutely exceptional. It was like you were transported to heaven. The raid is immaculate, clean, zen, oasis. Modern. One of the best places I've ever stayed in the rooftop pool is gorgeous. The rooms are decorated to an inch of their lives. The washrooms are impeccable and the service is incredible. Aouatif is a fixer in the incredible sense. Every single person who worked for her was competent, kind and on time. From Yousef, lovely Yousef, who took my family to the Atlas Mountains to Sayeed...

"Everything about this stay was perfect. A calm oasis and retreat from the chaos outside! We particularly liked the relaxed breakfast each morning. We didn’t eat any other meals here but enjoyed some coffee/tea by the pool. The terrace up on the roof was a lovely space and our room itself had everything we needed. Staff were fantastic especially Hakim who looked after our side of the Riad. The souks are a short walk away and once you navigate those, the main square takes about 20mins to reach....

"Riad Noir d'Ivoire Is a stunning property in a great location. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit and could then escape back to the riad and unwind by the pool. The decor is fabulous - with so many little details. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall it’s a great place to stay to explore the centre of Marrakesh. "

"Marco and staff were very friendly, polite and accommodating. My transportation from the airport and to the train station were arranged for me and everything was seamless. Facility was very clean. It was a very enjoyable stay for me. Just one suggestion for management is to provide an in room safe for passport and valuables storage. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. "

"Wonderful, kind hosts. Had a great time at this hotel. I especially enjoyed the spacious room and many places to hang clothes. There was a hairdryer, no tv, private bathroom and a balcony to hang out on. Sometimes you could hear noise from outside but it’s a very quiet street overall, and we were on the ground floor so it was not a problem. Would highly recommend."

"Beautiful quiet riad off the busy areas. Hosts and staff were lovely and very helpful, including meeting us where the taxi could drop us and walking us to the riad, and helping us carry luggage when we left (even if we didn't need it!). Location can be a bit hard to find without guide so accept the help on arrival. Also be aware in Marrakesh some walkways in the medina near the square are closed at night so know your routes. In the riad one feels constantly pampered. Tea and nibbles appeared...
