"We stay at the Hyatt every time we visit our family in Chapel Hill. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast choices are good. Great coming down in the morning for coffee and a delicious breakfast! So glad they allow dogs to stay at the hotel as well. Just a terrific experience all around!"

"The room was great, I was on the 5th floor and the view was nice. It was quiet and smoke free. The young man at the desk was very friendly and immensely helpful with questions. He suggested a great place for dinner as well. The music from the nearby jamboree?!? Was terrible until about 11 but the stay was great."

"We enjoyed our stay. upon arrival the room was very clean and neat. Staff was present at all times especially at front desk ready and able to answer questions and greeting each person entering, very much appreciated. Breakfast was fresh nice sitting area. Parking was good and convenient. Only thing my family and myself wish that the rooms came with a microwave however there was a microwave available in the common area. I will stay there again."

"OK, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Southpoint for the most part. It was clean the front desk. Staff was fantastic. The only issues that I had was with the bar area and the staff that worked the bar area. There was no courtesy there was no life it was like I don’t wanna be here slow service not attentive always on the phone with your earbuds and not paying attention to the customers. it just wasn’t professional the way that I see it but as far as the front desk staff a gentleman that worked...
