"The rooms were extremely nice , but mine was at the top of a very long flight of stairs. Just steps from Duval street. It is in the perfect location. Staff is extremely nice and very helpful. Pool area could use some TLC, but still a relief on a hot day. Very convenient to wake up and have coffee and breakfast by the pool."

"Our stay was very nice here.. Bed was comfortable and room got super cold. Maybe having an extra blanket in the closet is good. We had to rent our bikes which was not a problem but it should be included in the price you pay for the room, my opinion only. Parking was a little problem for us because we have a big truck but was able to park not far down the street. Staff members are very very nice. Area was quiet and relaxing. Not far from Duval Street and Southernmost Point.. Would definitely stay...

"60 year old couple. These are cottages with 2 rooms with separate entrances in each cottage. 2 blocks from southern end of Duval st and ‘southernmost point of US’ monument. It is just about 1.5 miles from this property to the northern end of Duval st and Sunset pier. Bonus is they offer free parking which is not the case with most places I researched in and around Duval st. Check-in was seamless and arrived after check in time. Courtyard has a small 5 ft deep spotless pool with some...
