"Rooms were clean but there are no cups in the room to take medication, etc because of sustainability so my husband spent 10 min chasing down a cup. The front desk directed him to the bar when he could’ve been sent to the kitchen area. Also costs $30 for parking, which I wasn’t aware of when making the reservation. If their parking lot is full, you need to park across a very busy road in a public parking lot. We stayed because of location, rating and price."

"The room was much much smaller than what was pictured on the website. The curtains were broken. There was a thick band of yellow mold in the sink. The towels smelled like it was under dried, so it had the smell of old laundry. I was in town for a conference and was not in the room for the majority of the day, I wanted a clean room to come back to, and housekeeping had not cleaned the room - they said they were understaffed. That’s not my problem, if I pay $500+ per night, the least I would...

"This hotel is in a prime location close to the freedom trail, great food, the trolley tour route, aquarium, ferry, and Quincy market. Bed was comfortable, it is an historic building so the hallways are narrow there were steps and thick carpet. It made rolling suitcases to the room very difficult. However, it did not dampen our stay. The hotel was quiet and staff were quick and helpful when our hairdryer was broken. I will stay here again."

"We had a room in the basement and it was dusty and was not swept or vacuumed as there was food on the floor. There was only 1 big towel for the 3 of us so we had to ask for more at the front desk. We also had to ask for more toilet paper. The bed sheets seemed dirty like they hadn’t been replaced after the last guest. Housekeeping never came during the 4 night stay. The location was ok. It’s closer to Boston than to Salem, but the price was fair and there was on site parking either in front of...

"This "hotel" is more like a motel. The carpets in the hall are really worn and dirty. The rooms are bare like a motel 6. The fridge was so loud we had to unplug it from the wall. The bathroom fan squeeked all night.
All in all this "hotel" should not be a Hilton at all. It was more like a roadside motel. And for the money they charge - @ $380 per night other future guests should be aware they are definitely not getting a Hilton experience !!
My overall rating is a solid 2.
Not worth it At All...
