"Our room was not clean. The toilet was dirty. There were two different earrings found on the floor. The air conditioner was not working. We asked for help from front desk. They sent someone up but ultimately nothing was done. We not offered a different room as I requested. It was so uncomfortable. ..."

Joinery Hotel Pittsburgh, Curio Collection by Hilton
"The Valet was rude both the attendant that took the car and when we left. They acted like we were inconveniencing them. The hotel desk was very nice but the room left a lot to be desired. The couch was broken literally broken when you sat on it and this was the updated suite that I paid extra for. ..."
