Picked this property specifically because had indoor pool and hot tub for getaway from freezing winter weekend break but pool dirty cool and leaking went to get in hot tub it was an ice plunge instead. Spoke with front desk who informed us it was out of order and stated they didn’t understand why management wouldn’t at least put up a sign to warn people. "I had an early flight out of Pittsburgh and reserved a room at this location for convenience . I was extremely pleased with the friendly staff, parking was easy and the room was clean all the amenities I needed for my stay. The location to the airport was perfect"

"Airport shuttle was easy to find. My main issue is when i called the front desk 2 days prior about the shuttle I wasn't told that i needed to reserve the time I wanted to leave. When we got the hotel, the 4am time slot was full and we had to take the next shuttle. "
