"This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in this category of hotels."

"The hotel is clearly newly renovated but management seems to be lacking. In all rooms, the only coffee available is decaf and when we asked for regular coffee at the front desk we were told they only have decaf in the entire hotel. In addition, on a holiday weekend the restaurant/bar area was closed. The hotel is nice and overall clean but it’s clear even the employees discouraged by poor management. It’s sad because it could be a very nice place to stay but we would not choose the courtyard...

"Unfortunately, My Experience At This Holiday Inn Was Very Disappointing, Especially Compared To The Excellent Stay I Recently Had At Another Holiday Inn. This Was A Last-Minute Reservation After My Flight Was Canceled. I Called The Hotel More Than 15 Times To Arrange A Shuttle Pickup. Multiple Representatives Said They Would Assist, But I Kept Getting Transferred Back Into The Queue. When I Finally Reached Sean At The Front Desk, He Was Dismissive And Offered No Explanation Or...

"The property is certainly outdated HOWEVER, i was very pleased with the cleanliness of everything and the staff were very attentive. They coordinated the airport/hotel transfer for us. For what we paid this hotel was just fine."

"This hotel was truly one of the best ones my family and I have stayed at. The staff are all friendly and helpful, from the front desk to even housekeeping. Breakfast staff were all great as well. The hotel was well maintained and kept very clean. Our room was clean and the kitchen was a good size. We made good use of the kitchen. It’s located by many stores like walmart, target, giant eagle, Sam’s club, a mall, and many great food stores as well. You will love staying here!"

"The facility and staff were very good. The check-in was a little slow. The room had plenty of amenities, full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, pots and pans, dishes, and a dishwasher. The room was clean except that the shower looked like it had a couple of small spots of mold. We would stay there again."
