The connecting door although closed and locked did not block the voices from next door. Also the heat/air was very loud. The view was great and the beds super comfy. "

"My family and I had a brief stay for a few appointments as we live over four hours away from Pittsburgh. We were so happy with our stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were always so happy and welcoming. Very peaceful and the beds were super comfy! We come to Pitt often and this hotel will be our new go to hotel. A+ in my book."

It’s really not difficult to be pleasant and it is expected at a higher end hotel to receive at least better than average service. She was doing some paperwork and honestly seemed put off by us. "Check in staff was rude , not helpful and breakfast lady was so rude . She lacked cleanliness. Was using bare hands to push garbage down and then would pick and clean things without cleaning washing hands . Was only putting couple bagels at a time . Not helpful at all "

"Perfect for families. Game room with pool, table tennis, foosball, scrabble, and a few other things. Walking distance to PNC park and restaurants all over. Living quarters were so nice. Like a home away from home. We didn't drive anywhere. We walked everywhere."
