"Staff helpfully and friendly. Bad odor in room and hallway, i bought a candle. Key cards kept deactivating. Dirty ac and window tracks cob webs and dead bugs, tub plug didn't work. Breakfast not great. My carpet was gross"

"The room was spacious, the facilities were older but nice, and the breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was the elevator. On two separate occasions it missed the floor we were suppose to stop on and one time the door opened in-between floors. This needs to be worked on. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay at a reasonable price."

"Room was very clean. We were only there for 3 nights and 2 days, but on 2nd day, housekeeping came while we were there and changed out towels and trash for us. She was very nice. Ann, at the desk when we checked in after midnight, was sympathetic when we explained that the only car we were able to get was a huge (to us) 5-6 passenger van, and the Marriott parking garage is VERY tight. She got us an assigned spot for our stay that was much easier for entering and exiting the garage. All...

"Upon check-in staff did not ask or inform us about registering for the shuttle to the airport. The staff member did mention the shuttle times, starting at 410am, and then hourly. We were unable to take the shuttle because we were not registered for it. Parking at the was an additional cost. The staff member checking us in did not ask if we'd be leaving any vehicles in the lot. The hotel is still somewhat under construction for over a year. The room was great, the staff that checked us...

"It was great. Beds super comfortable. Room clean and bathrooms fully stocked. Great amenities. Staff very friendly and we really loved their breakfast."

"Physically a nice hotel. However simple features like a hot water faucet was not totally functional, in room air unit with a hose connection to the window that wasn’t fastened with a large enough opening for a bird to enter. No room darkening shades. Small items. One star is for being totally unaccommodating when we asked to leave the car in the lot till 3:00. The person I spoke with about this gave me an automated response. They could have been flexible, but no?"
