"Door keys have to be re set almost daily, no housekeeping come to your room. When you go to the desk for toilet paper or trowels, bad attitudes. At least the men. One woman was kind. And now they make you do a $50 deposit. Of course it’s refundable. But it takes weeks to come back to you. Dirty, smelly, and you have to watch your car. People will scratch, dent and spill things on your car. I travel this way a lot for work. The only good thing about the place, is the location. And it used to be...

"The room and service was wonderful I had a great time "

"Room was clean and freshly made daily. Fitness room consisted of a broken treadmill No free weights . The fitness room was dirty and gross. Breakfast ( if you can call it that) consisted of some slices of white bread and 2 two kinds of cereal.... Kids shouting/ screaming and running up and down the hall late at night. No consideration for other customers. Someone needs to burn this place down and rebuild it from ground up"

"Unfortunately they hold the deposit for the room and exceptionally long time. The stay was for 7 days ago and the $200 is still pending on my account. Completely unacceptable and I will not be booking this brand of hotels again. "

"Room we had was 707. The good points were the bed was comfortable though the pillows were comfy they were small size decorating pillows but had 4. Staff were all excellent and the breakfasts were well stocked and several choices. The dinning staff attendant was organized and super friendly and inviting. "No coffee in the AM during breakfast. Could not grab a yogurt cup to go. That institutional yogurt dispenser was very unappealing. I don’t think it would kill you to have a brand name single serve yogurt available on ice. I ended up going to the local Starbucks to get a decent cup of coffee and a yogurt that I could eat while on the road."

"Room was clean. Heating/AC unit rattled constantly while heating, was fine while running. Parking lot was posted "park at your own risk." Not exactly reassuring, consider putting the parking lot under camera surveillance and posting as such."

"The hotel is located in a quiet area. There’s an abandoned building nearby. The room was clean and spacious. The only problem we encountered was the water. It only gave us lukewarm at first. It seemed as if the shower level is stuck and couldn’t turn all the way to the hot side. I called the front desk to fix it, but the maintenance personnel couldn’t come til the next day. "Kitchen with no stove top."

"I had a couple of towels in the bathroom with hairs that werent mine on them, they did not do any housekeeping once during my whole 4 night stay. I had to go down each night and get fresh towels for the next day because they never serviced our room once even after I complained a couple times about it. The breakfast buffet was poorly done, not enough bacon each morning to feed all guests, pancake maker didnt work, everything was either too dry or too greasy or they ran out of stuff."

"Negatives: Supposed to be 100% smoke free hotel. Room smelled like smoke especially bathroom. Asked for Lysol or some kind of air freshener and was told nothing available. Took blanket off bed and an empty travel size bottle of fireball fell out of it. Was told room would be cleaned again next day. Still stunk. Let my infant son crawl on the floor. His knees and toes were stained black. Lobby too cold for people exiting pool. Positives; easy check in. Good layout. Convenient to highway. Ok...
