"Overall the entire experience was excellent.The property is EXCELLENT, especially if you have a large family group that would include children (we did not, but we act like kids). The multiple "houses" where people can stay, the indoor pool, and the game room really make this place stand out. Check in instructions and directions were super clear and easy to follow. "This review is for the house we stayed in Winnetka, where they had to move due to plumbing issues which was outstanding already, they could’ve canceled our booking and we would’ve struggled due to the time constraints, she gave us the option but was positive about making it work. "Such a beautiful space! My spouse, two kids and I loved our stay at the treehouse. The house feels quiet and serene, but is super close to all the Woodland Hills amenities and Topanga Canyon. The kids loved hanging out in the loft space! Highlights include the full stocked kitchen, gas grill, beautiful views and the upstairs Toto toilet! We would love to stay here again."

"Great spot - awesome amenities, perfect for hosting a group of friends. Host very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone hosting a group of people. I liked the shakers, bottle openers, the games, and the folding tables. All were great!"

"I was in need of a rental home for 3 weeks. I could not have found a better home and host than right here. The communication was stellar throughout. The house has an incredible sense of remote rustic feel while being very close to Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, etc. I loved the ease of commute to LA where I was needed on business a few times. The back patio in mornings and evenings, the open air vibe with the sliding doors open in the cool CA air - all create an amazing atmosphere. I love to cook...

"The minute we arrived, the kids's lit up when they saw the amazingly large pool. Andy got us checked in and we loved having so many bed options for the kids so they had their own spaces. We were actually working remotely and the wifi worked well enough for 3 of us on laptops and I was able to take meetings next to the pool! This worked perfectly for our needs and was only 5 minutes away from food options."

"We rented this property for spring break for a week, there were 11 of us and several family came over for dinners. Plenty of outdoor space and it was as pictured. The games outside and pool were perfect and as listed. The beds were very comfortable, we appreciated the extra sheets and towels with all the kids. The property needed a few things but the manager was very responsive and got them for us right away. The kitchen was a little sparsely stocked when cooking for at least 11 but we made do....

"I’m wheelchair bound and this beautiful house was spacious and completely accessible. The host were awesome and quickly took care of anything I need. They answered questions quickly and I wouldn’t hesitate on staying here again in the future!"

"This was great spot for our daughter's basketball tournament at the old Mamba Center, now Sports academy. Great and quiet neighborhood. All amenities and stores very close by. The house has everything. I believe we were first to rent since new listing after remodel. But the gist very accommodating and responds quickly. "Terrific house and location. Our family enjoyed the house location, accommodations, and the pool. The beds in all the rooms were extremely comfortable snd the bathrooms great ( having 2 full and a half was great). The host was available snd helpful. We would definitely stay here again "

"The backyard/pool area was perfect for a summer getaway. Sunny in the morning and shady all afternoon, the pool was the perfect temp. Inside furnishings very pretty bare bones, but we spent all our time outside so it wasn't an issue."
