"Property is under massive renovation. Construction materials are scattered in and out of the buildings. Parking lot was full of nails and barely usable. Several of the security doors had no locks. Hallways had no air conditioning. Our suite had no sitting area. The shower had no hot water. Kitchen had cookware but no eating utensils. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, powdered eggs and undercooked sausage and bacon. Inedible at best. Unfortunately we had booked three nights and never felt safe...

"The room was Ok but not fantastic…there were dirty hand prints on the front door and and bathroom door…dirt on the lamp shades, dirt on the wall by the bed. My real issue is with the mini fridge…you can tell that fridge had been leaking for some time and nothing had been done…the cabinet was coming apart from the water damage. I can only imagine what kind of mold was under there. I was also very disappointed with the casino, nothing about gambling there was fun…I lost with literally every spin....

"My room 110 was in front of the gym and it was noisy. It was noise coming from the outside of the window too.
Also, the air conditioner was extremely loud and disrupted my sleep when it came on. Lastly, I asked for a cup of coffee at 9:02 a.m., and was told by a staff member that she couldn’t brew anymore coffee. Coffee is typically standard in the morning at a hotel."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Downtown Kansas City! The staff was amazing, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The valet parking service was smooth, efficient, and very convenient, making arrival and departure stress-free.
My room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after a busy day. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
I would most definitely recommend Hotel...

"Booked room through Expedia online received confirmation room was available and got confirmation #
Arrived only to find out that my room I booked was not available staff tells me happens all the time when booking through a 3rd party like it was no big deal .Put me in another cheaper room with 2 queens no balcony or view and tv didn’t work which they knew after I confronted the staff about it. No compensation on my room was offered!!
Was not a good experience!!!"

"The hotel was nice. The checkin staff didn’t tell us what was available, like pool or gym. They kind of helped with downtown things but not much.
We had no housekeeping at all in the 3 days we were there. They were supposed to come on day two but we were skipped. Also, it would be nice to have more soap and personal care items in the room.
Breakfast was good except the coffee. The only choice was bold coffee. A medium or breakfast blend would’ve been a nice option. I had to buy a five dollar...
