"Walls are paper-thin. Neighbors sounded like they were in my room. Until 3 am. Was told I had a corner room, but I did not. Refrigerator in the room sounded like a deisel engine. No sleep. Otherwise, the staff was outstanding and nice. It is a nice hotel, just very poor soundproofing. "

"Our room had a kitchen and a seperate area with a sofa sleeper. Housekeeping came every day and did a wonderful job. The only cons were that it's off a main road which can be noisy at night, and there were some questionable people staying in the motel and constantly walking through the parking lot to go to the liquor store next to it. Theres an outdoor pool and washer and dryer, if needed. My kids prefer to stay here when we visit Sarasota and will be back. "

"Surprisingly nice considering the cost. I don't typically go low end on my stays but at the hour I flew in to Sarasota and being the flamingo was close to a client I had to visit in the morning, this is where I stayed. Not the cleanest, not the most up to date, but was one of the better beds I've slept in any hotel this year so far. They actually have real size pillows and not those postage stamp size ones the chains have. No Frills but a cheap stay."

"It’s like hitting the jackpot! My daughter and I stayed there to attend a ballet audition and during the stay, we both received an excellent service from the staff. The breakfast is great as well and very close to the airport and ballet studio. I recommend this place!"

"Elevator nightmare. No safe smoking area for guests after 10pm. Laundry shakes the whole building, appreciated the quiet part which starts at 10pm but being shaken awake before 8am because the bed is vibrating wasn’t what we planned for a relaxing vacation "

"They never came to clean our room once, not even to place new towels or empty trash, from Tuesday to Saturday. That was our biggest complaint. Every evening upon returning to the hotel, we had to go downstairs to pick up new towels. "
