This was exactly the space I was looking for! It matched the listing exactly! The area is very quiet, and nestled among the pines. The unit was very comfortable, nicely furnished. The unit was nicely stocked - had everything I needed for breakfast, a quick bite, or even dinner. The owners checked in frequently to make sure my trip was going smoothly.

This was our first VRBO experience and it was a good one! Communication with the host was excellent and we received timely responses to our inquiries. The condo was clean and well-equipped and was located in a very pleasant setting with pine trees and other landscape plants throughout the area.

Host was very friendly and cabin was clean and comfortable. We got in at night and had some difficulty seeing the cabin numbers as the parking lot/driveway backs up to rear slider. But we figured it out!

There area where the resort was located was very close within walking and driving distance not to mention a very peaceful and quiet location. We easily would consider to rent from this host(s) again.

Beatin' the Heat!

My husband and I found delightful heat relief at this perfect getaway. One night our daughter and her family met us at Charlie Clark's (local favorite restaurant) for a wonderful dinner and then the granddaughters spent the night with us. There was plenty of room for everybody. We had so much fun making pancakes in the fully equipped kitchen for breakfast while Pop Pop comfortably reclined watching T.V. Great stay. Can't wait to come back.

Pinetop Getaway!

Beautiful condo that was incredibly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The communication with the owners was great. The little extras like coffee k cups, shampoo, soap, etc were also very thoughtful. The location was very quiet & peaceful. Pines surrounding were beautiful. We enjoyed the little squirrels running around. :-) Highly recommended rental in the Pinetop area!

Perfect location

My friend and I were in PineTop for a golf tournament. This place was literally seconds from the golf course! After driving three hours and golfing 18 holes, we headed to the unit to check in. Not realizing we were at the wrong place, the code for the door would not work. I texted Paul and Rizza and they got back to us immediately and directed us to the right spot. Completely our mistake, the directions they gave were explicit, we just didn’t read them through. The place was clean and equipped nicely. We certainly enjoyed our time there!
