"I am honestly surprised this place was available. The description seemed too good to be true. This is a super unique and amazing place to stay. Being able to kayak down to the Springs and get there early in the morning before crowds is worth it alone. But the house is great, there is a nice little dock with a fire pit (gas) and you see mullet jumping in the river constantly. It is about a 5 minute walk to the wildlife park. This is not Disneyworld. it’s 1000 times better. I am reviewing photos...

"Nothing but good things to say about this stay! Property was super clean and cute. You are the upstairs to another larger rental downstairs but all the outdoor areas are separate and it's surprisingly private. You are directly on the river at a great location. We saw manatees every day! The couple of minor issues we had were resolved almost immediately...communication was excellent with the property managers. We'll be back!"

"Definitely a great place to stay, I would say the area has some hidden gems. The river is great, but with a big family we went to Roger’s Park which I highly recommend along with Aripeka Sand hills which was a bonus adventure. Everyone morning we sat out back and watched so many species of fish just pile through the canal. Kids won’t forget this one."

"We had a great time at this house, as a friend group over a long weekend :). Check in was straight forward, communication with the owner was easy. The outdoor screened in space under the main house was amazing - having the extra fridge and freezer down there was awesome! The fans were appreciated and the inside AC spaces always stayed cool. "Nancy's home is absolutely amazing. Everything you could want or need is provided. Plenty of towels for our family, kayaks were in good shape. We swam and fished from the dock. Manatees swam by daily. The home has a dream of an outdoor screened in space which was great when we had some showers. The boys enjoyed the bunk house. Outdoor shower and toilet were a big plus for our family. We will definitely return."
