"We had an enjoyable stay in the two bedroom lagoon room. It was spacious, with very comfortable beds and pillows, and the kitchen was well equipped, including a full size fridge. Having direct access to the pool was a great bonus. Secure parking was included, which made things even more convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
The only drawback was there was no washer and dryer in the room, but there were laundry facilities on site."

"Only reason we booked this property was due to indoor swimming pool. Both pool was cold and there was some issue with the temperature. I enquired few times but no prompt action or comms was given re the issue and no action taken too. Really disappointed with this but otherwise property is well maintained."

"Located on a quiet street with private parking. Close to beaches and restaurants. A/C was not working well and rooms were not pre-cooled prior to arrival. Very clean and comfy basement apartment."

"Glamping tents were spacious and clean. Staff are warm, friendly and helpful. They made us truly welcome to this amazing sanctuary of koalas endangered by human beings like us. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, simple and smooth-sailing. My whole family really enjoyed their stay in the sanctuary, and were even enthusiastic in visiting the Skywalk viewing deck twice or even thrice during our two-night stay. "Stayed in the treehouse which was well presented, clean and in a setting was perfect for unwinding and switching off while still being close enough to everything the area has to offer.

"Enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Seaside Holiday Resort Final Bay. The room had everything you would expect including milk and coffee. They are very clear in their communications that they don't make up beds (and charge a fee to do so), but that doesn't make it ok. It's unfortunate that this kind of cost cutting (along with extremely limited reception hours) is becoming common after Covid, and also feels unhygenic. I would be more likely to stay again if they offered full service, for this price...
