"The front desk wasn’t informative or friendly at check in. I had to ask questions about simple things that should’ve been said like room number, location of elevators how parking works. I had to ask the questions about parking, how it works and than added it for an additional fee."

"I’m 69 Elevator was done for a day and a half. Had to use stairs 4 flights down. Normally (last 4 times I stayed) parking was Free. This time it was 80.00 Someone should have told us when I called front desk there’s an extra charge. Carpet has a musty / corn chip smell. Had to leave windows open. Desk was very nice,"

"The hotel was very dated and the room was not very clean. We found a roach immediately when we walked into the room. The sheets didn’t look clean. We arrived at night, and the parking lot was very dark. We were supposed to stay for four nights; however, we decided to leave the following morning. The hostess was very friendly and understanding when we checked out after only one night."

"This is a facility geared towards leadership work shops and conferences. It is a big campus,well cared for but not a typical hotel stay. I suspect I was one of only a handful of overnight guests for this date. Even though it felt a bit remote I felt quite safe. The room was perfect, the bed comfortable, the bathroom modern. I will definitely stay here again."

"Clean hotel in a good location for what I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The valets were fast. One of the two elevators was not working, but they provided signed access to the two staff elevators to make up for it."

"Starbucks coffee shop is gone. Brown bag is OK. The hyatt is now offering coffee in their lobby, but not for free. I wish they had a full breakfast restaurant in the Hyatt. We love staying there because it is so convenient to the metro."

"I was here for a tournament and it was a great experience for the kids. The laundry machines and swimming pool (and breakfast) was perfect for our needs as a traveling soccer parent."

"My stay was nice and quiet. Room was clean and neat. I didn’t take advantage of breakfast, I was in town for a college graduation, so my schedule was pretty full. Definitely good for a quick trip alone."

"Room was clean. The bathtub appeared to be newer, but there wasn't a rubber mat, nor anything stuck to the bottom of the tub to keep people from slipping, sliding and falling. I fell once while trying to bend over to get the soap for washing and then again while I was hanging onto the handicap bar and trying to turn around to get rinsed off. We put a towel on the tub floor to keep from slipping. I informed the front desk when I checked out."
