"Lovely villa in a quiet village in the hills above Sperlonga. Huge main terrace and loads of balconies. Pool was cold but we stayed end of April into May. Hot water in the top floor bathroom not great but fine everywhere else (2 other bathrooms).Very well equipped. Just like being at home. "Great property in the amazing landscapes of Lazio. Fantastic view from the infinity pool and garden over the valley with hills and olive trees.The owner, Luca, is super helpful and gave us a lot of personal tips on how to best enjoy the area nearby.We visited Sperlonga, Gaeta, Fondi, Itri and also Naples to enjoy a football game.I highly recommend this property!"

Almost every dish we pulled out was dirty and unfortunately we kept having to deal with ants by the front door area, where the garbage/recycling bins were. Communication with the host was ok. I didn't get responses to questions asked prior to arriving, which is bad form. "

Zum Haus führen nur enge kleine Gassen, daher bleibt das Auto unten, die letzten Meter muss man zu Fuß bewältigen. Dadurch ist es aber wirklich sehr ruhig . Wir wurden von der Familie Pollano herzlich Willkommen geheißen, alles wurde uns gezeigt und erklärt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, im Großen und Ganzen ist alles da was man braucht.
