"This is a 15 story building that only had 1 functional elevator the day we were there. They should have a contract with a elevator repair company to get them repaired. This caused a lot of waiting for elevators when you are on the 14th floor."

"Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!"

"Crappy service they didnt really care cost 50 extra dollars after booking online could not cancel or get a refund pool was covered and nasty drove up to a car being dtf swatted in the parking lot! Immediately took my family and went to holiday inn"

"The staff were very welcoming, pleasant and patient. I arrived tired at 3A.M and the note waiting in my room from one of the staff was so comforting. Breakfast was great and it was served early; one of the best scrambled eggs I ever had. There was a variety of food to choose from. I had a short stay here but it was more memorable than the 3-day stay I had at another hotel earlier that week."

"The room was really cheap, so that was great. Because of the price, I have four stars instead of less. The room was clean and a good size. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. However there was no trash can anywhere and the tub faucet leaked, leaving a strong bad smell in the room (damp smell). I got a text telling me to reply if I needed anything, which I did, and there was no response."

"Lack of refrigerator did not help given 90 F heat. Valet packing was troublesome as the valet forgot to turn off brakes. Other than that, it is a pretty nice place to stay for a night"

"Hotel needs an overhaul. TV didn't work, coffee pot broken, shower would not drain, no hot water in bathroom sink and the food choices were minimal and overpriced."
