"We were only at the hotel for one night since we were watching the ManCity game and it was in a great location at a good price. The hotel staff were very helpful getting us into our room early since the usual time was at 3pm and we had an appointment to keep."

"Traveled with 2 teenagers and room was small but fine, not much room for luggage but was nice to have 2 single beds for our teenage girls and good for 1 night. Clean and very close to picadilly train station.
One complaint:
We had dinner here because it was easy when we were jetlagged after a very long flight but it was absolutely awful. Do not eat here! Was worse than a heat up microwave meal. And very expensive.
Apart from the food it was a great spot to stay."

"Booked 2 rooms for 2 night stays. Needed to change 1 room to just 1 night. Booked a fully flexible rate. Expedia did not allow me to drop it a night nor did this hotel. Unable to cancel and rebook due to ‘availability’, so had to waste money on a night which could’ve gone to someone else. Disappointing that this wasn’t facilitated, greedy.
Location was quite good but hotel itself was a bit run down and very noisy from the street below due to thin windows "

"We stayed at the Dakota Hotel for our anniversary and while the hotel itself is undeniably stylish, there were a few disappointing aspects that didn’t match the standard being presented.
The interiors are beautiful and the overall atmosphere is lovely, especially for a special occasion. The room was clean and comfortable, and staff were polite and welcoming.
However, the parking was a let-down. The car park felt quite scruffy and poorly maintained, and having to pay extra for it didn’t feel...

"Parking very easy till we booked in and were asked to pay £14, this was not mentioned on the hotel advert with Expedia nor on the email confirming the booking. After some debate with reception the guy borrowed our phone to show us where it was, not under this hotel but scrolled down another half dozen pages and showed us it the parking charges in the general terms and conditions, while scrolling saw the booking charge had dropped by £20, so suggested they took the parking charge out of this,...
