"When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to...

"Room had roaches, bathroom and room was dirty, sheets and cigarette burn holes. And some of the light fixtures did not work."

"The do not have Queen beds, despite all advertising saying they did. When I brought this up with management, they said they only have doubles and didn’t seem to care that their website says otherwise. "My only regret was not staying longer. The room was perfect for 2 adults and 3 kiddos. Pull out couch was perfect for a 7 year old. Amenities were great. Location was easy to find. Tracy at the front desk was great! Breakfast was good 😀. We were hoping to enjoy the indoor pool but it opens 10-10 and we were right at the cut off on both ends. So, next time! "
