"Th staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but in need of upgrades (the bathroom in particular). The baseboard was separating from the wall, the floor seemed to buckle in certain areas from moisture i guess and the shower showed definite signs of wear."

"This is the perfect hotel for exploring Milan. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are very well appointed and there is a fabulous breakfast buffet and restaurant, but what stands it apart are the incredible staff. They are so friendly, helpful and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. "

The location is pretty good, with bus, metro and tram less than 5 minutes away. I like how you have to have a code to get into the property. It is an extra layer of safety that I appreciate as a solo traveler. The water and juice refill was so a great touch to the room. I will not hestiate to book Bed...

"The room was clean and cleaned during our stay as well. There are a few places next to the hotel, including a gelateria which was very nice. There are a few restaurants a 10-15 minute walk away but the metro station is a 2 minute walk away. We were able to get to a restaurant on the other side of Milan in 30 minutes. Great location and friendly staff. Would recommend to other couples looking for a city holiday."
