"Absolute gem of a place. Such a lovely BnB, that is well looked after. Massimo adds so much care and ensures you are comfortable throughout your stay. The rooms are clean, they look exactly like they do in the pictures and there's plenty of room and light. The place itself is away from the busy the city and is peaceful. The lift is tiny when you arrive so do prepare yourself, but I think its adequate amount of space for 2 people and 2 small luggages. (Ensure you keep 10 euro cents on you so...

Our host Claudio was extremely welcoming & went above & beyond to help with booking taxis, recommending places to eat & we loved our breakfast!! My husband & I were so very pleased with everything! "Exceptional staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop areas are great surprise with great views. The food was absolutely delicious to a high standard, fresh and often home made. "Loved this old building and stayed in two different rooms- the suite was fantastic. Perfectly located, although the bars below were rather lively during the World Cup. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Ideal for the old town, and the Metro is on the square, right in front of the Hotel. Getting in the small door in the evening could be a problem if you are very large! We will come back here when next in Naples!"

"The apartment was very nicely decorated, located in a quiet area, but only 10-15 minutes away from the Shopping street, Via Toledo. Martha was very helpful. She helped to reserve the taxi for us because we had to leave for the airport at 5 AM. Suggestion: please give the code to ring the door bell for the property in the check in instruction."

"Our stay here was amazing!!! Such a beautiful property with charm - I loved the hotel patio, the nightly bar out there was great for relaxing after a long day out. The rooms were so clean and comfy. The staff was incredibly helpful!! Shout out to Elena, she was so attentive during breakfast. And a huge shout out to Luca at the front desk - he called a taxi for our very early morning flight, and when a random non-taxi driver arrived and insisted he drive us to the airport instead, Luca stepped in...
