"Absolute gem of a place. Such a lovely BnB, that is well looked after. Massimo adds so much care and ensures you are comfortable throughout your stay. The rooms are clean, they look exactly like they do in the pictures and there's plenty of room and light. The place itself is away from the busy the city and is peaceful. "The AC did not work as it said it did. It blew hot air. I would not recommend this place seeing as it advertises falsely. It was 36°C in Naples and the room felt like 40°C. The bathroom shower did not hold the water either it would fall out of the base and go onto the floor which risked a leak in the room."

"this was a disappointing stay. When we booked the room, it was noted that the room was in the Anex building. In reality, the room was located a 10 min walk through a pedestrian (motorcycles allowed), very busy and hectic road. It was an unwelcomed surprise at check in. The staff was friendly and helpful. But we just could overcome the issue with the location; the "anex" building is in a complete different area as the advertised location"
