"The staff was fantastic. We were traveling by car and got extremely turned around... (I'm still not sure how we ended up on a sidewalk.) The staff was so awesome. They came and found us, helped me get the bags to the hotel and helped my boyfriend find the parking lot. They were so sweet. The place was great! The AC was nice and cold. In walking distance to everything. I wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!"

There is no front desk, no breakfast location and the instructions to get into these buildings are very complicated. "Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by It’s Room Naples. The only issue I experienced was at checkin,. We arrived at 10:00 AM, when someone was supposed to be there, but no one showed up. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes before someone sent us the code so we could leave our luggage and get on with our day. That small inconvenience aside, the room itself exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. I honestly wish I could have stayed there...
